I just received a poorly designed "Life Magazine" from Sawyer and Co without ever having signed up for their newsletter. The unsubscribe link doesn't seem to be working, very conveniently for them.

The unsubscribe option should work by clicking the underlined word “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. That should remove you from the mailing list straight away.
That said, I’m more than happy to sort this for you manually. If you could reply directly to the email you received, I’ll be able to locate your details and remove you from our database myself.
