Sawer & Co have just taken over as our managing agent, for our small block of 7 flats. They are so professional, courteous, prompt and easy to engage with. Everytime we have an issue with the building they act on it immediately. I have spoken to a couple of contractors who have been assigned work from them and they both spoke very highly of them too. Very impressed!! Especially Katie.

Grace has been very responsive, attentive and helpful so far sorting out references and contracts and checking all is good for us to move in our new house.

John was great and worked really hard to get our flat sold and negotiated a good price for us, along with the viewing team. Aaron was just as helpful finding places for us to look at and Bob saw the sale through to completion nicely. Would gladly use Sawyer and Co again. A great team.

We have just purchased a flat through Sawyers. Throughout the whole transaction the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave excellent advice. They always answered queries promptly and were extremely efficient. Bob Beaken was particularly helpful and kept in touch, especially in the final stages. We are extremely happy with the whole process, which all went very smoothly.

This review has changed completely since last writing. I had a bad first impression of Sawyer and Co for unrelated reasons to renting or buying with them, but the professionalism and decorum they have shown to me today has made my review turn 180°. I received an apology from the director and the people that had caused inconvenience personally, we spoke and I got the impression they were very nice honest people. My reviews are aimed to never smear a company but to improve customer service and public image if anything and this company has gone above and beyond for my satisfaction. I would recommend Sayer & Co to anyone for their professionalism and kindness!
