Grace showed us a flat this afternoon. She was very friendly. Then, we put in an offer on the same day. She was super quick and efficient in terms of getting back to us. We are very pleased with her help. We believe she is an asset to her company.

Harry was recommended to us by a couple of friends as he’d sold their property earlier in the year. He managed the whole process for us. He was really informative and had great knowledge of the market. He also kept us up to date throughout the whole process, which took away a lot of the stress. Could not recommend highly enough. Harry was our excellent estate agent at Sawyer and Co during the sale of our house in Hove. He was so attentive and informative, dispelling all the usual stereotypes of an estate agent! Harry gave us regular updates and we always felt he had our best interests at heart. Over the course of the sale we felt we had built a great relationship with Harry, there is no-one else I would go to for selling. The rest of the team were so helpful too. Really on-side and a dedicated person to speak to at the different points in the sale. Even the dreaded legal toing and froing were taken care of by the team. The house was sold relatively quickly at the price we wanted, with a bit of competition at the end. Throughout the process the viewings were analysed and feedback was always given (with honesty!). Overall, even though it should have been a hectic and stressful time (especially as we had a tiny baby), it was actually a breeze.
