Sawyer and Co are one of the best lettings agencies that I have experienced in over 20-years of renting. From arranging the initial viewing to dealing with issues at the property (faulty valve on the toilet) they have been professional and courteous. Unlike some lettings agents who regard renters as second class citizens, Sawyer and Co. seem to bring the same respect and responsiveness to their lettings clients as they would to their clients making a purchase; for example when we expressed our concerns over the security and conduct of the referencing provider they used (according to reviews we could read on Trustpilot), Paige at Sawyer and Co genuinely listened to those concerns, offered a better alternative to consider, and after confirmation from us and her manager adapted her workflow and transitioned to the new referencing provider. This courtesy was consistent across all staff members; in these difficult times it is often the case that as customers we have to deal with many representatives from a company, with Sawyer and Co. each new staff member gave us the same level of service, they had read their notes and, importantly, we knew the name and role of who we were meeting or who was at the other end of an email. I had pretty much written off using lettings agencies after multiple bad experiences but Sawyer and Co. have made me think perhaps there is still hope.

They are extremely professional in every way from the valuation by Simon Lemcke, the viewing updates and feedback by the team and when a swift sale of my home in Poets Corner was negotiated, the updates from Bob Beaken. Sawer & Co have just taken over as our managing agent, for our small block of 7 flats. They are so professional, courteous, prompt and easy to engage with. Everytime we have an issue with the building they act on it immediately. I have spoken to a couple of contractors who have been assigned work from them and they both spoke very highly of them too.
