We were impressed with the quality service Spyros Miaris gave us in relation to a number of issues which came up with our rental property. Dishwasher repairs and its eventual replacement; completely redoing the sealant in one of the bathrooms as well as resolving a leaking boiler : all handled speed and care with the jobs all being undertaken to a very high standard.
