I used Sawyer & Co Estate Agents and Letting agents in Hove for my last rental. Both Mia and Esme were very helpful with the entire process before i moved in and after i've moved in, my property manager Joe is also very helpful when i had any questions or issues. I would recommend them as a Lettings Agent and will definitely use them again should i move again but i hope this won't happen anytime soon :)

Great experience organising let with Mia Boothby, very supportive and efficient. We were able to start our contract on the chosen date and were supported when there were any technical issues.

A really great experience of renting my flat out. The whole team were thorough, proactive, fast, and great communicators, from Kerry-Anne doing the valuation and advertising materials; Esme arranging and communicating about the viewings and finding tenants; to Mia organising all the paper work and supporting the tenants to move in. They're a great team! I couldn't be happier with the service I've receieved and would thoroughly recommend.
