Sawyers have managed the rental of our flat for many years and their service is excellent. Tracey handles all communication with the tenants and when any maintenance is needed she gets a quote and ensures that the work is done. It's fantastic! We recently needed to find new tenants and Cerys managed the process very efficiently, starting with a stunning digital brochure and ending a few weeks later with tenants happy with what the flat has to offer. Esme handled the viewings and was very communicative which helped to ensure that the expectations of prospective tenants could be fully met. Mia did all the work needed to get the tenants into the flat - references, deposit and drawing up the tenancy agreement and getting it signed. This was done very smoothly, keeping us in the loop and letting us know as soon as it was all completed. Together they made the whole process completely stress-free.

Viewing a house with Sara from Sawyer @ Co was a pleasure, She knew the property well and was very pleasant and not pushy. Unfortunately the house I viewed was not for me.
