A really great experience of renting my flat out. The whole team were thorough, proactive, fast, and great communicators, from Kerry-Anne doing the valuation and advertising materials; Esme arranging and communicating about the viewings and finding tenants; to Mia organising all the paper work and supporting the tenants to move in. They're a great team! I couldn't be happier with the service I've receieved and would thoroughly recommend.

Mia was an absolute legend throughout the move in process. There was an issue with my second job due to it being self-employed and she was extremely helpful. Cannot recommend them enough especially after a few years in Brighton going through other lettings agents that shall not be named.

Linda was our property manager and we had a fabulous experience with her. She always responded promptly, and was a great help in managing our flat and any issues that were reported by the tenants. We will likely be renting our flat out again in the near future and there's no question that we would employ Sawyer and Co's services again.

Sawyer + Co are the best rental agents i've dealt with in my many years renting. Special shout to Linda, who was always available to chat to us when we needed information - and always professional but personable. Everything about dealing with Sawyer and Co was smooth, easy and not once did i feel like i have many times before with agencies, like they were trying to do one over on me!! Thanks to the team for staying professional and being super helpful when life got in the way and we had to end our tenancy early, promptly dealing with our request and swiftly communicating both our requests and the landlords requests when needed via email. Can't recc them enough!
