We rented with Sawyer and Co for just over a year and they were fantastic. Having previously rented only privately, we were cautious about what renting with an agent would be like, but Linda looked after us the whole time and we could tell she had our best interests at heart. Quick responses and clear communications throughout. We have just bought a place, but if we ever wanted to rent out, we would consider Sawyer and Co in a heartbeat!

We used Sawyers to rent our house in Hove and were impressed with their approach every step of the way, particularly keeping us informed of viewings and being very responsive to all communication. We dealt with Esme, Kerry-Anne, Cerys and Mia, who were all super professional. I would recommend and will use Sawyers again.

We used Sawyers for letting our property and have been very impressed by the professional and efficient service they gave us. Esme handled a letting for us with some unusual features in record time and she did it in a very efficient manner which made it all very easy for us. Highly recommend.

Really happy with how helpful and kind all the staff we have spoke to have been lovely and very professional and prompt with everything. everyone has been very accommodating and has gotten back to emails and queries very promptly as well - defiantly would like to stay with this agency in future and recommend them to a friend or family member, the property we have moved to is perfect for us and has been cleaned and had new fittings where and when needed proper to us moving in and we are very excited with everything. move in has been very smooth thanks to sawyer and co, which is sometimes hard to come by now a days especially in brighton, as someone who has been with many different agencies throughout the years -so truely can not recommend them enough.

Our move with Sawyer & Co was handled with the upmost professionalism. Mia and Esme in particular made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We were kept up to date with changes and any queries were handled in good time. I’d highly recommend the company for anyone looking for a new property.
