Sawyers have just sold one of our properties and we have instructed them on another. Sawyers also dealt with the sale of my sisters home very successfully recently. We have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years and I can honestly say they are far and away the most pleasant agent I have dealt with that speak the most common sense. Bob Beaken was our main contact as well as Chris Sawyer and he was so business like about the process, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this agent

The team at Sawyer & Co have provided a professional and friendly service. This included all the arrangements to let a property followed by effective management of some issues. Managing relationships between property and tenant, especially when problems arise, can often be a time consuming and thankless task. Sawyer & Co, in particular Linda, has dealt with these issues professionally and courteously. In particular I want to thank Linda for her diligence, and resolution focused approach. I would recommend Sawyer & Co.

I have been a tenant with Sawyer & Co for a good number of years now and have always found them to be very reliable and professional in their approach. They do what they say they will do and follow up on issues or queries in a timely fashion. Ceri does property inspections and she is very efficient and friendly. My experience with my property manager Linda has been excellent. Linda is friendly and professional but also warm and caring to the tenants needs. Thank you Linda and Ceri and all the team at Sawyer & Co for the wonderful service. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent a property. Thank you.
