Aaron valued our property but Bob dealt with the day to day sales of it. It was a difficult sale as the house had problems in the past which have been resolved but it needed to have a lot more checks and surveys. Bob was really good with all of these keeping everyone informed of what was happening and when and encouraging me when I had given up hope of ever getting to the end of it all. Explaining to me that it all takes time and with covid everything is taking longer. Bob chased up the solicitors and estate agents in the chain and kept me informed of where the delays were.
