I recently used Sawyer and Co for a flat purchase. My agent was Bob Beaken. From my offer going in to moving in was around 6-7 weeks. For such a quick turnaround you can imagine the communication needed had to be excellent, and it was. Bob was always transparent and replied very quickly to any messages etc. Very pleased with the service all round.

The service provided by Sawyers has been exemplary. Over the last year I have experienced a wide range of estate agent encounters. i wont name the rude ones, the ones who don't know how to answer the phone or the ones who tell me my choices will never be fulfilled but I will mention Simon and Bob at Sawyers. Both went out of their way on my behalf on several occasions and managed to put up with a highly stressed individual who had not moved in 25 years and was terrified. Excellent and supportive in every way.

We cannot thank Mia Boothby enough for her help and support during our big move from Bedford to Brighton. She was always on hand during a very stressful period and we relied her for up to date information which she was always provided quickly and efficiently and most importantly with great care. I would not hesitate in recommending her and the team. 10/10 service.

We've recently moved into a property with Sawyer & Co and have felt very looked after so far. Mia has been a great correspondent who responded promptly to emails and helped put us in touch with the previous tenants to sort out handover, which was very appreciated.
