I have been a tenant with Sawyer & Co for a good number of years now and have always found them to be very reliable and professional in their approach. They do what they say they will do and follow up on issues or queries in a timely fashion. Ceri does property inspections and she is very efficient and friendly. My experience with my property manager Linda has been excellent. Linda is friendly and professional but also warm and caring to the tenants needs. Thank you Linda and Ceri and all the team at Sawyer & Co for the wonderful service. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent a property. Thank you.

Mia & Cerys at the team in Hove epitomise teamwork. They are incredibly diligent, responsive and supportive in assisting tenancy agreements. They make the process seamless and stress free, just what a prospective tenant needs. Would not do this process again with anyone else but them!

Our recent move was handled by Esme and Mia and we were super satisfied and impressed with every aspect. Helpful, communicative - made sure we were informed at all times - and super responsive. Honestly, a refreshing experience after some pretty dreadful service from other estate agents in Brighton - would definitely recommend.
