We are in the process of looking to buy a house and from our first phone call to Brock Taylor to date we have been really impressed with their service and approach. The majority of our interactions and viewings have been with Emily, who is a joy! She's professional, but at the same time warm and genuine and is extremely helpful, always following up promptly with any enquiries we've put forward. She goes above and beyond and we actually request her for all of our viewings now and only wish that there were more agents like her. We'd also like to give Laura who is a weekend assistant a thumbs up, we've spoken to her a few times now and she has always been extremely friendly and efficient.

I approached Brock Taylor having been recommended by a friend. Suzanna guided us through the process very well. Within two days, we had seven viewings and three offers - two of which were for a sum greater than we had been asking. I would suggest to anyone that if they have a property to rent, Brock Taylor would be my first choice of companies to manage the letting process.
