Emily is very good and supportive of her customers. Responds very quickly to any of our queries. Very professional (especially in these times regarding COVID-19 and social distancing etc!) she has a friendly manner and would highly recommend her.

We have rented two properties through Brock Taylor. All the staff there are very efficient and helpful and are very easy to communicate with. Suzanna, Terri and Iona have always been quick to respond to any issues. Suzanna helped us find our current home which are really pleased with. I would highly recommend them.

I have been a tenant with Brock Taylor for 2 years and if I have any questions they are always answered with in seconds! Suzanna, Alex and Lucy are fantastic! Very friendly! Nothing is a chore for them and always exceed my expectation! Highly recommend Brock Taylor!

Having recently rented a property through Brock Taylor I’d like to thank all the Lettings Team for their professionalism in marketing,viewing property management and accounting. Suzanna,Alex and Lucy went out of their way on marketing and having over thirty five viewing in three weeks!! Terri and Iona for organising all issues with property management and all keeping me informed every step of the way.Not forgetting Rosemary in accounts who also keeps you well informed. A huge thank you to the whole team. I would certainly recommend Brock Taylor to anyone considering renting a property. Pete

so far Brock taylor have been very helpful. I have only had dealings with Emily Lee, who has been polite, knowlegable and seems to understand excatly what type of property I would like to buy. her customer service skills are very good and she always calls back when she says she will. I could not ask for more.

Emily was a real treat showing us the 3 properties. We thoroughly enjoyed her company but 12 Brookfield is not for us. we did like it but at the time we could not see any storage for bikes. I understand there is storage actually. Perghaps you could let us know where it is? Angela Smale
