Having dealt with several different estate agents over recent years I have to say the lettings team at Brock Taylor, especially Suzanna and Alex, were great to deal with. Very professional and efficient team, makes the process of renting a new property so much easier and smoother, would highly recommend! ++++

I am not local to this area so picked Brock Taylor from a google search. I could not have made a better choice. Suzanna Harley and Terri Brand have been brilliant which has meant my property was let in no time at all. My thanks to the team.

I moved to Horsham just a few weeks ago and Brock Taylor have helped me tremendously from the first point of contact. Lucy Taylor-Croft's effort in helping me get the apartment I wanted have been excellent and smooth, could not have asked for a better letting agent. I can confidently say that my experience of this company has been nothing but positive. They have conducted business in a friendly and professional way, and this can be said of all staff I have dealt with. In what has been a challenging market they have always kept me informed of the latest developements, including every viewing and its subsequent feedback. I have mainly dealt with Emily, although this applies to the other agents who have been involved in the sale of the property; one is always made to feel that at the point of contact you are a valued client who deserves their advice and expertise during what is a challenging and often frustrating process.

After buying my house locally with David's help. He is a true professional. They offer an amazing service at very reasonable rates. They don't exaggerate or promise things they can't deliver and certainlypull their finger out! They are endlessly decent and fun to deal with and you never worry about their integrity. They have a good network of other services and really help out if you get stuck. If you are only going to ring one agent these are the people to ensure you keep your sanity and get a great service!
