I have been with Brock Taylor for a few years now and they are a very friendly, helpful company . Suzanna and Iona are extremely helpful with any issues that arise with the property and they inform me straight away , so we can solve it quickly for the tenants . Thank you for all your hard work

We were looking for a rental in Horsham and met Alex Cooper. Alex was wonderful; he is professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Always smart, punctual with viewings and ready to answer questions, he made the sometimes frustrating ordeal, pleasant. Alex was also the only agent out of others that we approached, that actually made the effort to contact us if he found something appropriate for us. Alex was a total and utter pleasure to deal with, a credit to Brock Taylor.

As a first time landlord, I was a bit lost as to how the whole process works and very nervous about it all. Suzanna Harley and Sam Ellis at Brock Taylor were great at not only talking me through the whole process and answering numerous questions I had, but the product available also makes it super simple without there being any hidden costs. Very grateful for all the support I had, and for finding me a tennant so quickly.

Posting on behalf of relative that doesn’t use google: I am very happy to recommend Brock Taylor. I have been using their management service since 2014. They always have time to listen and give knowledgeable advice. The whole team Suzanna, Alex and Lucy put 100% into marketing my property and finding a suitable tenant. Along with Terri and Iona, in maintenance, I know that I am in good hands if issues arise. Sue

Emily and Josh are brilliant, our experience with them has been amazing. Emily listens to everything you say, takes into consideration all your needs with regards viewings and ensures all her colleagues have the same information, so that all the viewings flow, from start to finish. In all honesty, Emily is the reason we asked Brock Taylor to sell our house.
