(I cannot speak about value as I will be a tenant in property that has been purchased for me). However, I have been treated with much kindnes, respect and diligence by Emily Lee since the first viewing of the property 6 months ago. The sale proved to be an awkward one, hence the longevity of the process, but throughout it all Emily was patient and caring and kept me updated throughout. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and reliability. As well as providing the usual service, Emily thought of every practical thing to assist me.
