Any estate agent can sell your house right? WRONG! We used the team at Brock Taylor to sell and happily found through them too in a market where properties come and go in a blink of an eye. We are so impressed and glad we instructed them. They aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we’re worth every penny and completely justified their fee. Every touchpoint we had was flawless, from Josh at instruction to viewings with Liam and sales chasing by the amazing Leanne all the way through to a satisfactory exchange. We were updated regularly, reassured and guided by them. All in all a Fantastic experience. You would be hard pushed to find better in horsham and surrounding areas. We own a rental property and have been dealing with the Horsham office of Brock Taylor Lettings for approx 3 Years, throughout that time they have delivered a first class service. Recently Amy went above and beyond in resolving an issue with parking on the property.

Recently purchased a property with Brock Taylor and as a buyer the sales progression was effective and timely. I had good confidence in the information that was being provided to me from the seller through the estate agent and was able to act promptly to resolve issues during the contract portion of the sale. My only negative is that on completion I received a wooden box with tea, jam and chocolate. This was appreciated but fitting the box in the car with all of the other stuff we had for moving was a bit of an overload!
