Exceptional! I put my flat on the market a few times as my circumstances kept changing and it was never a problem for them. They kept everything on fill ready for me and when I can’t to the final time they where so efficient and Did everything in their power to get potential buyers viewing the property! My flag was sold in a week! Wonderful service for all! Xx

I saw 2 estate agents and instantly felt that Brock Taylor were better suited to manage my sale, their preparation prior to the valuation was informative and gave me an excellent understanding of where my property sat in the market and what to expect. My property has now completed and my opinion hasn't changed, I would 100% recommend Brock Taylor, their service levels are exceptional and the fact they are a local family run business is even better!
