The Letting Quarter

Absolutely fantastic service from the whole team especially Sam Adams. I and the Mrs were looking for a property to rent and Sam Adams has always been extremely friendly, polite, very welcoming and patient with us. Sam Adams made the whole experience wonderful and for someone in sales myself I was really impressed with the service I and the Mrs received from Sam Adams. Sam is an asset to the letting quarter and I think she should be given a raise. Throughout the whole process Sam made us feel at ease and comfortable around her and she would always create time for us even though we popped in without an appointment. I would definitely recommend a friend or family to Sam Adams.

Long term rental customers with this team under both country properties and now the letting quarter. The team are amazing, genuinely treat you as people and not just a customer. The assistance we’ve been given in finding somewhere new as our current let went on for sale was incredible and a big shout to Jo who really went the extra mile to help. Would recommend to anyone in the Hitchin area without hesitation and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience with Sam throughout the whole process of my viewings and move. During my viewings Sam was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most was that she had a personable and genuine approach which was very refreshing having dealt with other companies in the past that were quite the opposite. Her communication throughout the process was great and was always available whenever I needed to reach her. Thank you Sam!

Our first impression was a good one, our first call was answered and every time since, there has been someone at the end of the phone. (a refreshing difference to all other agents we rang locally) This first impression was a sign of all that was to come, meeting Sam in person was a pleasure, her knowledge of the local market is extensive and she couldn't have been more helpful. This has continued with all further communication with the "Letting Quarter" Jo has taken time to help us with all questions and queries we have had, since we were lucky enough to secure the property we were looking for. There is no way anyone will regret using the Letting Quarter, their customer service is exemplary and their people are even better.

The Letting Quarter and the people who work there are absolutely brilliant. We had a week of unsuccessful attempts at making contact with other agents in Hitchin regarding accommodation for our daughter until we contacted The Letting Quarter. On Saturday morning the helpful lady who took our information said that someone would be in contact on Monday morning and true to her word Sam called me at 2 minutes past 9 on Monday morning, I finally felt hopeful. Relocating to another part of the country is challenging but Sam and Jo were so appreciative of this and did their best to accommodate us and make the whole situation as easy as possible. They are truly professional young women offering an exemplary service. The property we saw was perfect in every way for our daughter who is just starting out in her professional career. On being successful and securing the property The Letting Quarter sent all the relevant documentation for us to read through and sign while also going through the procedures on the phone. In a world where everything seems to happen online The Letting Quarter still offer that personal touch for their clients and this is what set them apart from other agents in the area. I would highly recommend The Letting Quarter because they will not let you down and work to find you the right place and the right price. SPEAK to Sam and Jo at The Letting Quarter if you are looking to rent in the Hitchin, Hertfordshire area. Thank you 🙏🏽 both.

Really efficient and friendly letting agents, got my flat rental sorted super quickly and with minimal effort! Viewed the flat with Sam Adams on the Friday and she was really helpful and knowledgeable about the flat, the market, and the area. All checks were then completed and finalised by the Monday and since then Sam has continued to be helpful with any further queries I have had. Would recommend this agency!

Sam was so Lovely, friendly, helpful and understanding, very clear that this agency works with good landlords and has a high standard of care towards their customers. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

I worked together with Sam to find a property. She was always kind, patient and helpful with us. She went an extra mile, when it was needed. She accommodated all of our viewing requests and answered all of our 'silly' questions. The agency responded to our queries within a short notice and kept us up to date. We were in contact with other agents too, but we got the best service from the Letting Quarter. I highly recommend the Letting Quarter if you're looking for a rental property in Hitchin.

I recently needed to relocate to Hitchin at short notice due to being offered a job in London. Sam from The Letting Quarter was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure I was able to view and apply to rent a property, even at such short notice. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and always available to ensure the application process went as smooth as possible. From my experience as a tenant, I highly recommend The Letting Quarter.
