It has now been over 20 years since The Letting Quarter and the team have been providing me, as a landlord, with a hugely professional service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been working for Country Properties in Hitchin since 2007 and in that time everybody that I have dealt with at the company have always been so nice, kind and very helpful. The professionalism has always been top notch and to this day it's always a pleasure to work for them.
I have been in the property business for many years and have purchased and rented through this team for nearly 20 years (Country Properties now The Lettings Quarter). The support, advice and feedback is always easy. It has never been in question, on who I will call to rent out a property.
I've been working with the team at The Letting Quarter (previously Country Properties) for more that five years. They are friendly, diligent and genuinely care about all their clients be they vendors, landlords or tenants. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them under their new name and wish them every success for the future.
I am in the property industry and as such can be quite critical of fellow professional standards. That is exactly why Country Properties/Letting Quarter in Hitchin have been my letting agent of choice for about 20 years. They always achieve for me quality long term tenants, just what a LL requires!! Keep up the good work! Stephen.
We have used Pam and her team for over ten years; we could not recommend them enough. They are very efficient at managing all aspects of our rental property and at a competitive rate.
Prompt, helpful, professional and valued service. Many thanks for your continued support.
Knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Steven and the team at The Letting Quarter provide an unparalleled service. Highly recommend for both Landlords and Tenants.
Steven and the team are fanstastic, and truly go the extra mile to ensure a seamless service. Great agent, I highly recommend!
