A few things really impressed us: Graeme really gives you confidence that he is working in your best interests, whether it be in negotiating an offer with a potential buyer, re-negotiating after the survey has been done, or when there are issues with solicitors etc. He was also very understanding of our requirements and it was obvious that he listened, understood and then tailored his service to our needs. We also received feedback after every viewing and all viewings were accompanied. Needless to say, a fantastic buyer was found within less than 8 weeks (which included the Christmas period, so you could say 5-6 weeks in reality). Once the sale was agreed, we exchanged contracts in less than 6 weeks. Very happy!! As consumers, it is all too easy to be negative, to criticize, to demand absolute perfection and even beyond in every respect from our service providers when it benefits our own self interests. For some, this is even knowingly to the detriment of others. For letting agents that need to serve both the tenants and landlords interests in equal measure, it is essential that they shall be capable of exercising the required duty of care fairly and judiciously to all concerned parties at all times. In this context, I commend the JNP Letting’s team for their positive endeavors towards this goal. And in particular, their sincerity, integrity, attention to equality and dedication to respect the intricacies of the tenancies with due care, attention and safety awareness are most commendable. Their honesty to accept responsibility for any shortcomings and to proactively implement corrective actions as required to continuously improve upon their level of service from lessons learnt are also most refreshing and praiseworthy.
