Credit to Graeme and the team for their service and always being on the end of the phone line when needed. Still keen to help even post exchange!
As consumers, it is all too easy to be negative, to criticize, to demand absolute perfection and even beyond in every respect from our service providers when it benefits our own self interests. For some, this is even knowingly to the detriment of others. For letting agents that need to serve both the tenants and landlords interests in equal measure, it is essential that they shall be capable of exercising the required duty of care fairly and judiciously to all concerned parties at all times. In this context, I commend the JNP Letting’s team for their positive endeavors towards this goal. And in particular, their sincerity, integrity, attention to equality and dedication to respect the intricacies of the tenancies with due care, attention and safety awareness are most commendable. Their honesty to accept responsibility for any shortcomings and to proactively implement corrective actions as required to continuously improve upon their level of service from lessons learnt are also most refreshing and praiseworthy.
I have nothing but praise for JNP High Wycombe. From valuation to completion they gave us professional and friendly service. They communicated well and took responsibility to handle problems in our chain.
My experience with JNP was a positive one, they managed to sell our flat within 1 day of being on the market and gave great advice throughout the entire process. Would happily use them again when the need arises.
Great customer services, very helpful and friendly staff. Lloyd Buston was the one who helped me with the whole process of renting a property with JNP and he has done an amazing job. There were a few challenges along the way but nothing he couldn’t cope with. Very patient and friendly. I highly recommend JNP in High Wycombe.
From the moment I sent a query to JNP via Right Move I have had excellent service. Michael Skeath was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely responsive to emails and calls ensuring our move went through much faster than we had expected. Everyone at the office was really friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend JPN more highly.
Brilliant estate agents only wish I had advertised my property with them rather then Hurst. JNP represented the property I was buying and they were fantastic. Joshua Hare was brilliant with his communication via email and phone. I was in a very difficult chain which 6 months it took to complete Joshua pretty much saw it through to the end, Graeme Pierce was also fantastic in helping to get the purchase over the line. I can't recommend JNP enough.
Naz helped us through the offer process as first-time buyers and was clear, responsive and supportive throughout. As a local, he also shared really helpful insight about the area, which made a big difference. Great service with a smile.
We recently sold through JNP High Wycombe. We originally listed with them back in Autumn 2024 and had a great valuation from Mitchell. From then, honestly we had little to no communication from Mitchell himself, but mostly with Martin who was always personable and organised - great to deal with. We had over sixty viewings on our property before we had an offer in June 2025, and coincidentally this only came in the two weeks' notice period after we decided we might take it off the market for a bit. Though much of this process comes down to luck and timing, I do believe that there could have been a little more efficiency on JNP's part to ensure those viewing were actually potential buyers; some of the feedback on our property evidenced perhaps a lack of initial communication between JNP and those viewing to identify suitability. This really is the reason for a loss of star. However, I must say that FIVE STARS should be given to Naz, one of the most 'frequent fliers' of showing our property (and our cat's new best friend) and to Lisa Smith, who took over once we accepted the offer. Lisa is an absolute asset to JNP High Wycombe. She is communicative, positive, honest and had our backs through a couple of challenging moments (unrelated to our sale or JNP High Wycombe) in the sales process. Both the sales agent of our new property and our solicitor could not have spoken more highly of her either. Huge thanks to Lisa, Naz and Martin for their support in getting us sold and moved!
We would like to focus our review on Lisa Smith who went above and beyond to get our sale and purchase to a successful conclusion before we decided to give it all up.
