I have now been on both ends of Intercounty Sawbridgeworth services. I first bought though them 3 years ago and they were fantastic then especially Marion. So when it came to selling my house it was a no brainer. I arranged a free valuation with ease. I was very pleased to see that Marion was still there and attended this valuation. The price was right so we decided to sell at our own pace. There was no pressure to get photos done or it on the market ASAP. We dictated the flow of the service. The sale itself was very smooth. On the market one Saturday, arranged a viewing day the following weekend. Sold on the Tueaday after the viewing day. It was on the market for all of 10 days. I would happily recommend the team in Sawbridgeworth especially Marion and Sarah who have been a fantastic help throughout the process and there to answer any questions along the way.
