I know it’s more usual to leave a review once a house is sold, but I think first impressions and effort really count. From the very first viewing I was so impressed with the way Mat presented our house to the prospective buyers. He has a brilliant way with people: friendly, genuine and confident without ever being pushy, and he really makes sure buyers see the best of and the potential in the place. It stood out straight away that Mat puts proper thought and energy into what he does, and that deserves to be called out.

My partner and I have been renting from JNP for several months now and have recently had our first property inspection, carried out by a very competent and kind Phoebe.
