Wow what an amazing agent to deal with! As a first-time buyer, I found myself dealing with a seller who had a particularly awkward solicitor, which could have made the whole process much more stressful. However, Lisa at JNP sales High Wycombe was absolutely incredible at acting as the middleman, ensuring that both the seller and I had our queries answered fairly and promptly. Her ability to navigate the situation and keep everyone on track and happy made all the difference. The communication throughout was excellent, and I always felt kept in the loop. They were not just focused on the seller, but really made an effort to ensure we were informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Recently sold my apartment and brought another apartment all thru JNP. All staff in the High wycombe office are friendly, accommodating and efficient.
