We had our house valued in January with Mat who explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured, therefore we booked for him to come back to take photos the next day which he did to a high standard. JNP managed to sell our home within 5 days!!! We were then passed to Janet in sales progression, she could not have done anymore. She truly went above and beyond and nothing was too much. We are extremely grateful for the help, understanding and advice we received from her throughout the whole process. We get the keys to our new property at the end of the April, meaning it was just over 3 months from valuation to completion! We did use JNP solicitor recommendation and were assigned Jess. I cannot sing her praises enough, she was extremely efficient and kept us in the loop throughout. She was easy too communicate with and easy too reach.
