JNP have been brilliant with the sale of our house. Mitchell came out super quick to give us a quote. They then got lots of viewings for us, arranged social media promotion of our house, alongside their usual marketing, and worked tirelessly to get us the right buyer. Following this, Jan in the sales progression team was AMAZING. She kept in regular contact with us and chased the sale with the solicitors and estate agents above and below us in the chain. She always returned our calls promptly and was so lovely in chatting to our daughter on the phone. Our daughter has additional needs, and wanted to say hi to Jan! Setting a date for the move and the actual completion required a lot of going back and forth, and had numerous problems, but Jan handled them brilliantly and very professionally. Lisa and Martin were also helpful in the process. We would definitely choose JNP again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

When we decided to move this year I gave Matt a call and I was so glad I did. He was quick in getting the property on the market and ensured me the house would sell and put me at ease.
