Had to give these lot a 5* review. If your looking to buy a property in high wycombe or surrounding areas I would highly recommend jnp. We viewed many houses with multiple estate agents and jnp stood out massively with loads of info in the property, loads of knowledge of surrounding area, talking about numbers and things that really make a difference when buying a property. Lisa and caroline in particular were so informative and so quick with everything through the whole process. I would also recommend their solicitors who work directly with jnp as it made everything hassle free and quick. Highly recommend 5*!

I’ve just bought by first property through JNP and honestly can thank them enough!! I was initially shown around by Martin who was excellent throughout the whole process of my offer going in & being accepted! I then dealt with Lisa Smith who kept me sane throughout! She was absolutely brilliant and I cannot fault her at all, she was there to support every step of the way and I can’t express how grateful I am that she was there!

We've recently purchased a house in through this branch of JNP and they have been wonderful - I'd like to mention Lisa in particular as she really did go above and beyond for us on every occasion. Although some bits did take us a moment to figure out between being first time buyers and having a bout of sickness, she was compassionate, helpful and great at communicating with us. We'd definitely use their services again on our next venture in this area

Fantastic service throughout! We initially dealt with Martin the estate agent who was lovely! He showed us around the home and knew everything about the property. He kept us informed and updated all the time which allowed us to make the best offer to get our house. We then dealt with Jan the sales progressor, such a lovely lady! She supported us from the moment our offer was accepted up to the point of completion. She was more excited for us than we were!! She went above and beyond her role to help with both the sellar and us (the buyers). We are first time buyers so there were so many new things to learn but she made the process so much easier and dealt with all the stressful situations so we didn’t have to. She was a great connect for the solicitors on both sides and helped ensure any differences between both were resolved through good communication. She always kept me informed and updated which is just what I needed with a busy work schedule. We had a quick completion and that was mostly thanks to Jan. Thank you to Jan and Martin for all your support and allowing this process to be much less daunting than I expected.

Matt came round and was accurate with his valuation and took fantastic pictures of our property and would definitely recommend him reason being as we had other estate agents before him and frankly they were useless. The whole setup at jnp is excellent. If your selling or buying I would say try them first

We have had property under management for close to 3 years now with JNP. Working with Lloyd Buston and his team at JNP has been great. He is extremely proactive and goes the extra mile. While at times the management aspects have needed improving, Lloyd stepped up and took accountability. In the past year things have been running very efficiently. Also the document signing process is very easy to use.
