When I contacted JNP for an initial valuation Mat contacted me very quickly. He provided the valuation and took really good, but accurate photos so when it was listed the photos were accurate unlike some where the photos are deceptive. On the day it was listed we had a call saying they had someone wanting to view it. They put an offer in for the full asking price and Caroline dealt with that. Jan is in the after sales team and dealt with the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain. We exchanged yesterday. I could not fault any of it. It was a really smooth and stress free process.
