Found ourselves in a mess when a leak in our apartment caused damage to the below apartment. I was contact by Olivia Property Manager who explained the issues to us. It was so reassuring in her mail she wrote "Please leave this with me and I will get this resolved for you." True to her word Olivia has sorted it! We have been with Intercounty since purchasing the property and have been fortunate to have such excellent representatives.
