I recently bought my first home and was warned by everyone what a stressful time it would be. I can honestly say, thanks to the team at JNP, it really wasn't. From start to finish I was supported and informed every step of the way. Mat was the selling agent and was always happy to answer any questions (and I had lots!) and was always so calm and positive which I needed. Once my offer had been accepted I was handed over to the Sales Progression team and the lovely Jan and Caroline took over. I think this kind of life process will always have some bumpy parts along the road because it involves so many moving parts but when you have a good support system around you it makes all the difference. Jan was always available and kept me updated every single step of the way with such compassion, optimism and professionalism. It took the stress off of me massively. Caroline was so positive and tenacious, making things moved along as quickly as possible. They really are quite the dream team. I am so grateful to everyone that I had contact with at JNP for helping me open the door to my next chapter. They deserve every kudos they get.
