Ross has been brilliant throughout the whole process of selling our house. We have thoroughly appreciated his professionalism, honesty and dedication at every step. We would highly recommend Ross and the rest of the team at Brecon & Brecon.. Kate & Matt
Having just sold my house with this estate agent I would like to say how incredibly helpful the whole team were, with particular mention to Ross Mabbutt. We were reliably informed, and kept fully up-to-speed during the whole process from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this Estate Agent to anyone looking to either sell or buy a property locally.
Amazing service from both Ashleigh and Amy to make the whole process a seamless transition. Very efficient and responsive, highly recommend both of them.
Breckon and Breckon helped to make our move as stress free as possible. Melissa and Ross were excellent, always friendly, easy to get hold of and answered our questions quickly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Matthew came to see us when we decided to sell our property in Headington. He immediately inspired our confidence, by demonstrating his knowledge, experience and competence as a Headington based agent. We were thus perfectly happy to leave the whole process in the hands of Matthew and his professional staff - and they didn't let us down. Melissa Bush handled the detail of the process, from the initial stages, when potential buyers were showing interest, through to getting a sale agreement and on to final completion, At every stage, her communication with us was totally excellent. She liaised brilliantly between us and our buyer. and was really conscientious throughout, even visiting the house to photograph the final meter readings for us, on completion! So a big thank you to the Breckon & Breckon team in Headington., for managing a painless transaction. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend you to anyone wishing to buy, sell or let property in the Headington area.
Melissa Bush was a great agent throughout my buying process. She explained everything well and helped move the process along whenever it was needed, making it as stress free as possible. She was extremely professional and also very supportive. I would highly recommend her as a agent.
Excellent service from all staff especially Melissa who was the main person dealing with my sale. Very competent and patient and a delight to know
Breckon and Breckon gave a thoroughly professional service from start to finish. Their agent came to our initial valuation meeting with a pack that showed he'd done a significant amount of background research into the area and type of property. The valuation therefore felt like it had a solid basis in fact. Communication with the office was also strong. We received regular updates and feedback on viewings, and the properties they encouraged us to go to see demonstrated that they'd listened to what we'd said to them about our own needs - a different approach to the more 'scattergun' approach we'd experienced from some other estate agents, who would simply push lots of properties our way in the hope that one of them would fit the bill. Overall, I'd strongly recommend Breckon and Breckon..
Ross Mabbutt helped us with our purchase. He was great throughout and I would happily recommend using Breckon and Breckon for a house purchase.
Excellent service. Made the whole experience a pleasant one. No problems at all, all questions and queries were answered in a timely manner. Melissa Bush handed my purchase brilliant and it went through perfectly. In her absence Matthew stepped in brilliantly.
Breckon & Breckon is an independent firm of Estate Agents established in 1947 and now operating from a network of seven offices in the county of Oxfordshire.
We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. Whilst we are constantly recommended by many firms of solicitors, high street banks and other institutions, we are very proud of the fact that the majority of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past clients.
As a privately owned company we are able to react quickly to changes in the market. We constantly review our marketing, often setting new standards for other estate agents to follow. As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our network of offices. This database is accessed through our state of the art computer system enabling us to match properties to buyers without delay. However, none of this innovation means a great deal if it is not backed up with the right staff. Breckon & Breckon has an enviable reputation and is seen as one of the most sought after companies to work for. Our staff are quite simply some of the most experienced property professionals that Oxfordshire has to offer.
