Our experience of letting through Breckon and Breckon was faultless . Amy offered a very personal service and was extremely helpful at all times. Our property was marketed within days of it being ready and the tenants moved in soon afterwards. We were impressed with the follow up after the tenants moved in . Thank you.
Based on recommendations and having met Matthew Heavens we decided to instruct Breckon & Breckon to sell our house. Matthew, Ross and Melissa provided excellent and informed advice and were proactive in coordinating and advising on viewings, enabling us to secure a buyer quickly. One of the reasons we choose Breckon & Breckon was because of their excellent coverage of the Headington market. As a result, we were then fortunate to secure our next house also through Breckon & Breckon. We would definitely recommend Matthew, Ross and Melissa to any prospective seller or buyer.
I would like to thank Breckon and Breckon for their excellent work in selling my flat through the most efficient, newest team-member Melissa Bush. I cannot rate Melissa highly enough - she went well beyond the call of duty as we were dealing with inefficient solicitors of my buyers. Melissa contacted them frequently to ensure they got their documentation to my solicitor as soon as possible. Melissa was courteous at all times, outstandingly hardworking, always answering my emails or calls almost immediately. and cheerful every time I spoke to her. This young lady will go far in the Estate Agents' world - remember her name as one day, I can imagine her heading up her own agency! THANK YOU MELISSA and thank you all staff of Headington Breckon and Breckon for always being supportive when I popped in and Melissa was out with other clients. Ruth
Ross and the team were great. From the initial information about the property, through arranging viewings or further information and responding to queries, they provided a consistently friendly and professional service..
Matthew and team were more than we expected from an estate agent, they understood what we wanted from a property and were able to sell ours quickly and with great professionalism. Throughout the process they would always be there to discuss what was happening, they were open and minimised the stress that goes with moving. I highly recommend them.
From start to finish the service received from Ross and team was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the level and content of communication was perfect, especially as I do not live in the UK. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
I recently sold my house with Breckon & Breckon and was highly impressed with the service I received. Both Matthew and Melissa were always extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
Ross dealt with the sale of a house we own and was most efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate in recommending Breckon and Breckon.
Ross and Melissa were friendly but very professional in our dealings with them. our property was sensibly valued and well marketed achieving close to the asking price. We were kept appraised of developments throughout and we can thoroughly recommend Breckon & Breckon at Headington Oxford.
As first-time buyers we weren't completely sure about the process, and Ross and his team really went the extra mile to explain everything to us, helping us know what to expect when. This made the learning curve so much easier for us, and much less intimidating. They were always quick to respond to our queries and to pass on the sellers' queries, and have even helped us post-sale to sort out the mail! I have no hesitation in recommending Ross and Breckon & Breckon.
Breckon & Breckon is an independent firm of Estate Agents established in 1947 and now operating from a network of seven offices in the county of Oxfordshire.
We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. Whilst we are constantly recommended by many firms of solicitors, high street banks and other institutions, we are very proud of the fact that the majority of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past clients.
As a privately owned company we are able to react quickly to changes in the market. We constantly review our marketing, often setting new standards for other estate agents to follow. As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our network of offices. This database is accessed through our state of the art computer system enabling us to match properties to buyers without delay. However, none of this innovation means a great deal if it is not backed up with the right staff. Breckon & Breckon has an enviable reputation and is seen as one of the most sought after companies to work for. Our staff are quite simply some of the most experienced property professionals that Oxfordshire has to offer.
