With the excellent help of Ashleigh, we found the perfect rental property located on the outskirts of oxford. The rental process was handled very professionally, in a timely manner. Ashleigh made the whole process easy and was quick to respond to emails and often available to receive calls. Moving-in was a breeze. Would recommend.
Ashleigh and team has been very helpful through the move in process. Would recommend.
A good team of agents who work well together, take the time to listen to your requirements and find you suitable tenants..
Ashleigh was very prompt in responding to our emails and overall incredibly helpful with us settling in. When any small problems arose, the team was very eager to help out in a very professional and friendly manner!
I've recently exchanged contracts as a buyer on a property placed on the market by Breckon & Breckon and found the process far easier than I had anticipated, in part due to the exceptional communication from all involved in the Headington office. From the initial viewing through to offer and now sprinting towards completion, I've felt well-informed and my requests for information and property access were accommodated with ease. I would recommend them without hesitation.
We have sold our house through Breckon and Breckon. All the way through the process all the team have been supportive and efficient. We went with them in the first place as Matthew Heavans came across as open and honest and we are glad we followed our gut instinct. Melissa Bush has handled most of the sale and she has always been available and followed up any issue immediately. Overall the team have made selling our house a positive experience.
We used Breckon to find new tenants for our flat in Headington and they provided an excellent service at all stages of the process.
We sold our house through Breckon and Breckon and also bought our new house through them. Five years ago we also bought this house (that we have just sold) also from Breckon and Breckon! They are great local estate agents, lots of local knowledge, very professional and approachable and best of all not at all aggressive or pushy, which sometimes estate agents can be. They were very good at staying in touch and very helpful. We would definitely recommend them for both the selling and buying process. We dealt mainly with the Headington branch and all of the team there were brilliant.
l rented property recently and had excellent services from Agency. Definitely recommend it if you want to rent property in the region
Without doubt the best Estate Agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Matthew Heavans is very helpful and professional individual who really does care about his clients. He is highly responsive and always delivers what he says he will. I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and Brecon and Brecon. I am considering purchasing another property and will definitely be using Brecon and Brecon in Headington.
Breckon & Breckon is an independent firm of Estate Agents established in 1947 and now operating from a network of seven offices in the county of Oxfordshire.
We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. Whilst we are constantly recommended by many firms of solicitors, high street banks and other institutions, we are very proud of the fact that the majority of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past clients.
As a privately owned company we are able to react quickly to changes in the market. We constantly review our marketing, often setting new standards for other estate agents to follow. As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our network of offices. This database is accessed through our state of the art computer system enabling us to match properties to buyers without delay. However, none of this innovation means a great deal if it is not backed up with the right staff. Breckon & Breckon has an enviable reputation and is seen as one of the most sought after companies to work for. Our staff are quite simply some of the most experienced property professionals that Oxfordshire has to offer.
