I was impressed that Matthew, the Manager, came to meet me at the property at the outset. I was struck by his professionalism and friendliness. He clearly understood the local market and provided a realistic valuation, while setting my expectations. I was advised in advance of each of the many viewings and feedback was provided in every case. Ross and Melissa kept me informed throughout, and answered all my calls and emails promptly. As the Headington branch is a small office, I felt I received a very personal service.
