Had a very good experience with Breckon & Breckon. We were looking to buy a house and viewed quite a number through them. They were always professional and supportive and not pushy at all. Once we'd found the house they wanted they were extremely helpful throughout the process. We couldn't have hoped for better. We'd definitely choose Breckon & Breckon if we were planning to sell up in future.
Matthew, Ross and Melissa did a great job selling our house, from the valuation by Matthew, to regular updates and great communications to help with letting in surveyors etc they made the whole process as pain free as possible. Thank you!
We used Breckon & Breckon Headington to rent our house and they have been amazing. They replied promptly and helpfully to all emails and were not at all pushy during the viewings. They gave us time to make a decision and did not pressure us at all. There were a few minor repairs issues that needed to be sorted when we moved in, and they organised for a contractor to come the following day and sort it. So far our best experience with an estate agent in Oxford, special thanks to Ashleigh Swales, Josh and Rhys.
Selling our house through Breckon and Breckon has been a breath of fresh air. Ross thoroughly impressed us with his thoughtful and insightful valuation which made the decision easy to put the property on the market with them. Viewings went smoothly and we quickly secured our sale. During the sales process we were very impressed by the professionalism of Ross and the team. When we had the inevitable hiccups along the way Ross quickly picked and managed the issues thereby earning our complete trust in the process. From various communications I also gained the impression that through his honest professionalism he also had the trust of our buyers. We wholeheartedly recommend the team at Breckon and Breckon, and that's irrespective of whether you are selling or buying though them. Andy & Janet
It's great to have professional staff with modern equipment. I've been familiar with your organization's work and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of its work. I wish you success, and I guarantee you'll become even better!
My partner and I have just bought our first house, and Matthew and the team have been incredibly helpful. As first-time buyers, we've really appreciated all the advice and support we've received from Matthew, and we'll definitely be using Breckon & Breckon if and when we come to sell our house.
I have just completed on my first home purchased through Breckon & Breckon in Headington and what can I say? The whole process could not have gone any smoother. Matthew Heavens and Melissa Bush without a doubt are the nicest agents I have ever dealt with, both extremely responsive, friendly and professional. I consider myself very fortunate that I had such fantastic people assisting me with the purchase, especially Melissa who spent a lot of time answering my questions and arranging visits, always helpful and kind, very polite and never pushy. Thank you Breckon & Breckon, thank you Melissa and Matthew. I would give you 6 stars if I could :)

Breckon & Breckon is an independent firm of Estate Agents established in 1947 and now operating from a network of seven offices in the county of Oxfordshire.
We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. Whilst we are constantly recommended by many firms of solicitors, high street banks and other institutions, we are very proud of the fact that the majority of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past clients.
As a privately owned company we are able to react quickly to changes in the market. We constantly review our marketing, often setting new standards for other estate agents to follow. As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our network of offices. This database is accessed through our state of the art computer system enabling us to match properties to buyers without delay. However, none of this innovation means a great deal if it is not backed up with the right staff. Breckon & Breckon has an enviable reputation and is seen as one of the most sought after companies to work for. Our staff are quite simply some of the most experienced property professionals that Oxfordshire has to offer.
