Highly recommended

Huge thanks to Matthew, Ross and the team at Breckon and Breckon for guiding us through this process. From the valuation stage Matthew’s local knowledge and experience was reassuring and undoubtedly very genuine. The fees and contract was all clear with no hidden costs. Once on the market Ross took over and gave us absolute confidence that both our sale and purchase we’re being monitored closely. Any queries were responded to quickly. Communication was excellent throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to others.

Brilliant service.

I had a property that was somewhat of a challenge. Matthew and the team worked really hard to find the right buyer. They came through in the end. Very many thanks for a job well done.

William Cooke The Trusted Agent 19 June 2018

Good service, added value, thanks B and B

Breckon and Breckon, and Ross Mabbutt really did the job for us. We were 'selling at a distance' - this was a parental home - and we depended on Breckon and Breckon as our people on the ground in Headington. They kept in contact, always returned calls, and called us when there was news (even if it was of delays), and did all the progress chasing with our purchaser and their chain we could hope for. Also helped us solve property related matters which it would have been hard for us to sort from over 100 miles away. I would recommend them to friends in Oxford area no problem.

Reply from Breckon and Breckon Headington: Dear Dr Cooke, Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted for your Mother that the move went smoothly for her and she is now settled in her new home. We wish you all the best for the future. Kind regards, The Headington Team

Melissa and Matthew have been consistently courteous and thorough

From the first we have been impressed by the service at Breckon and Breckon in Headington. Communication has been swift and clear and everybody we have dealt with has been helpful and reliable; this has been a huge contrast with the previous estate agent used by us. We have felt able to trust the expertise in the Breckon and Breckon office. Our house has been successfully sold and we look forward to moving to our new home. We would certainly recommend the Headington office of Breckon and Breckon to our friends.

Reply from Breckon and Breckon Headington: Dear Joanna and John, thank you for your lovely review. It has been a pleasure helping you both move. I wish you all the best for the future and good luck with your new home. All the best, The Headington Team

Sally Nichols The Trusted Agent 18 May 2018

Truly dedicated estate agents

The whole team at the Headington branch were friendly and extremely professional. The .viewings (and there were many of them!) were booked in and carried out efficiently and were always on time with no hassle for us. When we got an offer Ross negotiated and we got the offer that we wanted. Having gone through the whole process I feel that selling your house is much more than the marketing and arranging the viewings, Ross kept the whole procedure running smoothly. He was in regular contact with our buyers and solicitors, ensuring that all parties new what was happening, what we needed to do next and what we were waiting for. Thank you to Ross, Matthew, Laura and Melissa who all guided us through our house move! We would thoroughly recommend them.

Reply from Breckon and Breckon Headington: Dear Sally & Phil, What lovely feedback - thank you so much! We are glad you enjoyed your experience selling (and buying!) through Breckon & Breckon and we wish you and your family all the best in your new home. Best wishes, Team Headington

Alan Wightman The Trusted Agent 10 May 2018

Breckon & Breckon

I rate the service we received as excellent, for the following reasons: The staff were very approachable, efficient and supportive, and we were kept fully up to date on all the developments during the sale of the property. Many viewings were conducted in the absence of the householder; we trusted completely the staff members who accompanied potential buyers. We also found that we received very constructive advice when we discussed matters linked to adjusting the sale price of our property. Their professionalism was much appreciated. We will be very happy to recommend Breckon & Breckon to family and friends in the future. Alan Wightman 10th May 2018

About Breckon and Breckon Headington

Breckon & Breckon is an independent firm of Estate Agents established in 1947 and now operating from a network of seven offices in the county of Oxfordshire.
We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. Whilst we are constantly recommended by many firms of solicitors, high street banks and other institutions, we are very proud of the fact that the majority of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past clients.
As a privately owned company we are able to react quickly to changes in the market. We constantly review our marketing, often setting new standards for other estate agents to follow. As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our network of offices. This database is accessed through our state of the art computer system enabling us to match properties to buyers without delay. However, none of this innovation means a great deal if it is not backed up with the right staff. Breckon & Breckon has an enviable reputation and is seen as one of the most sought after companies to work for. Our staff are quite simply some of the most experienced property professionals that Oxfordshire has to offer.
