I cannot praise Castledene enough for the brilliant service. They helped sell our mams bungalow when she moved into a care home. Charlotte Butler at the HARTLEPOOL Branch is excellent she sold a house for me that was particularly difficult to complete on & she never gave up Chasing the Buyer & Solicitors every day until it finally went through. I have NEVER had an estate agent like her in over 50 years so pleasent & Nothing too much trouble .Keeping me updated constantly over 5 months of a difficult sale . I will definately be using her for other houses myself & family own.
