Verity Frearson sold my grandfathers flat in Harrogate earlier this year and then helped him find his new one. They made the whole service very easy and stress free and acted with my grand fathers best interests throughout the entire process. James, our sales agent was very friendly and helpful and we were very happy with the service we received. We would definitely use them again!!

There was a confusion when my details were recorded and their response didnt came through initially, agency called me after i reviewed them with one star and stating my complain and at first there was a request of demand to take down the review instead of asking why the review was placed in the first place. Summary - The Agency should engage more with evidence and facts before making assumptions that i already had gotten their email even though they could see in their first attempt that their response bounced back. One star is missing cause of the demand to take down the review initially instead of dealing with the issue.
