Communication was great right throught the process and VF sold our flat immediately for a lot more than the asking price while we were relaxing on holiday. That's certainly the way to do it! Our purchase was difficult as it took a long time to find a new property and then we had to wait ages for probate to be granted. Verity Frearson gently but firmly progressed everything in a very professional way.
