Put 2 offers in and the agent didn’t even bother to let the vendors know the offers, called 3 times in 48hrs and to try chase was promised calls back didn’t get one till the offer time frame was over. when he finally called back laughed it of and said they was busy and tried to blame the other staff for not passing the message on, even though they had! Very poor when they have to give vendors all offers. He also told us they had 5 offers already on the house. That was a lie as a friend he called after me (also had an offer on the same house) he told them there was only 3 offers on! I was also told by a lady my offer was the highest offer ( cash offer also) when she checked the file. He’d never past it on to the vendor! Wonder how many other offers have just been ignored!NegativeProfessionalism

My experience was with Verity Frearson's lettings department."Michael Nixon". This estate agent won't help the tenant at all, won't do any repairs asked. Poor service,need to chase them. Mistakes were made by them on numerous occasions. Would not recommend.

My advice would be to walk past this estate agent to the next one. Terrible experience.

They managed our property but failed to do end of tenancy checks leaving the house in a total state of disrepair requiring almost £5000 worth of repairs and when questioned on it being told the gentleman who managed our property had left the company so nothing could be done and were very rude, took almost 2 months and many visits to their branch in Ripon to obtain the keys to my property back!

They don’t answer the phone. Don’t return any messages even if you say it’s really urgent. Answer message says offices are closed at 11:00 on a Wednesday!
