We had a wonderful experience selling with Curchods. The whole team was great and clearly worked extremely hard, as we had multiple viewings booked almost immediately after putting the house on the market with them! Our house was under offer within 10 days of being launched, and with a huge thanks particularly to Kat, who really did go above and beyond to expedite up and down the chain, we were able to move as swiftly and smoothly as possible! There might be estate agents out there who will charge a slightly smaller commission but in our experience you get what you pay for, and we couldn't be happier with our experience with Curchods. From the moment I met Garry I was impressed with his professionalism and service offered. Garry kept in regular touch over an unavoidable protracted time before property could be put on the market. Garrys professionalism was mirrored by Henry who handled sale of property assisted by his team. Henry, Charlie and his team conducted a visit to property in order to familiarise themselves on what property had to offer. I was given regular feedback from when I put property on the market which encompassed interest/viewings/offers and sale. Henry gave good advice which resulted in ultimate offers and sale.
