Curchods accomplished a brilliant job of selling our property which was atypical from the valuation point of view and therefore a challenge. The photography put the property in its best light, and the marketing strategy was spot on. We had frequent and convivial updates and the approach was both realistic and positive. Curchods have been ultra-patient with me - I've had them round several times ovet the years before deciding to sell. When I did, they were incredibly efficient - I had a sale, at a good price, immediately, and then their team kicked in to manage the process - all done with the minimum of friction and stress.
