Just to start, please excuse my username. I have just spoken to Kat, I was enquiring about a property I viewed earlier last week to see if it's been sold. Kat was very genuine and like a fresh breath of Air, told me the information I required. She also sounded very genuine and caring and very polite. I'm lost for words. She was so genuinely nice that I just cannot put it into words really. She expressed genuine interest in my enquiry and also gave me proper answers that were straight and true. So just to summarise Kat sounds a wonderful person and I think you guys are very lucky to be employing her. So thank you. Kat.

The sale of our house went very smoothly thanks to the Curchods Guildford sales team managing the chain below us very tightly, and going out of their way to maintain good communication with all parties. They dealt with frustrations along the way with professionalism and overall achieved a higher price than expected. Thank you to Curchods.
