From a Buyer's perspective, I found the team here quite accomadating with regards to viewings, and very responsive to enquiries The same cannot be said for local competitors whom after i showed no interest in a property they were trying to sell, all communication ceased. Professional at all times, they also understood that we as buyers, especially first time buyers, may not know the ins and outs of the process of purchasing a property and at no point was i belittled or made to feel stupid for my queries. Legends!! I cannot recommend Curchods Guildford enough! We were buying a property through them and after some bad experiences through other estate agents, Curchods were a breath of fresh air. Matthew Addison Smith was our main point of contact and he couldn't do enough to help us through the process. The purchase ended up being really painful due to the top of the chain and Matthew went above and beyond to push for responses and keep us updated.
