Over the years, I've had quite a bit of involvement Curchods - we purchased our house from them, have had valuations from them due to changes in the property and have recently used them to sell. Throughout this entire process, the team have been professional, proactive and responsive with regards to ensuring the property sold. The sale of the property as not been straightforward, but I cannot fault the agents and have gone above and beyond to ensure the sale exchanged and making a challenging time as painless as possible. Although most will think that it's rightmove that really sells a property, the right estate agent can really make the difference with regards to ensuring viewings keep flowing and that the process after the offer goes well.
