It was Feb ‘22 when we decided to sell our house through Curchods Guildford. We made the decision based simply on the fact that they seemed to market the most properties in the area we were looking to buy and Garry (who came out to value our property) made us feel as though we’d be in safe hands. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. It’s been a VERY challenging time to sell a house and buy another one - very little on the market, huge competition for every property - plus we had a tiny search area and needed to buy and sell within a tight timeframe. Fortunately, Ben Williams was put in charge of our sale and he really went the extra mile. Over the months it’s taken to get to the point of exchange, he’s responded to every one of my relentless emails with dedication, professionalism and the optimistic belief that we’d get there in the end.
