DDM Residential Grimsby

It was lovely to meet Ellie Childs on our scheduled viewing and did an amazing job of showing us around the house, giving us details of everything with regards to the house, giving us insights of the property market and helping us with all the questions asked and giving us suggestions on what suits us the best.

Charlotte Salmon is very professional, friendly and thoroughly showed me around the property when I did a viewing. She had good knowledge and history behind the location, property as an agent. Would definitely recommend viewing property through Charlotte/Prospect for a great service. Thank you. Mr Ahmed

I can only say that from the beginning of my experience with Dan and his team at Prospect Winnersh I have been throughly impressed by their professionalism and enthusiasm when it came to marketing and selling my house. But my most fulsome praise must go to Bernadette Martin who was my link between my sellers and my buyers. She was fantastic especially when it came to ( metaphorical) holding my hand through a process I had not undertaken for many years ! Thank you all

Most of my interactions happened with Ellie Childs. She is very professional and arranged many viewings based on my interests and requirements. She is lively and energetic and is always there if you have any questions . She is on time for the viewings and gives sufficient information on the property and locality. Very happy with the viewings arranged so far.

I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Charlotte from prospect. She has been great and helpful in our house search. She makes it a point to understand the needs of the customer and follow up with suitable suggestions for properties. She is always available for any questions and is quick to respond. Overall it’s been a great experience with Charlotte and I hope we find the right property through her.

After being shown around a house by a lovely lady from Prospect Winnersh, which I eventually bought. I had regular dealings with them, as they were my vendor's estate agent. Jay would regularly call and email me when he had queries and was chasing things up, and when I had questions to ask about the house I was buying. I have to say he is thorough, persistent, and keeps a very open line of communication. All in all, a pleasant experience, and many thanks for your help, Jay.

We were shown around 2 properties by Ellie Childs last week and also a property last year. On all occasions Ellie was a true professional and provided an excellent tour and showed a lot of knowledge about the properties and the area she is representing. She was punctual and welcoming as well.

Ellie had shown me properties before and took the time to understand my requirements. She followed up promptly when a suitable new property came on the market. I really appreciated her patience in understanding what suited me best and her support in negotiating the offer. She was professional, approachable, and a great help throughout the process.

I had a great experience during my viewing with Charlotte Salmon. She was punctual, professional, and very well-prepared. She provided all the information I needed and answered my questions. Her friendly and approachable manner made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’d happily recommend her to others — 5 stars!

Charlotte was fantastic throughout our viewing. She was professional, friendly, and really knowledgeable about the property and area. She answered all our questions with clarity and made the whole experience feel relaxed and informative. Would definitely recommend her to anyone house hunting!
