Following the listing we were handed over to Doug to manage viewings and fundamentally push the offer and purchase over the line. I have just exchanged contracts today on my Property in Wiinersh. I thought it would be opportune to share my experience of how Prospect Estate agents managed the Process. First of all l had an initial meeting which was an Honest appraisal of the value of the property and the current market which was a refreshing experience as over the years when l have sold that is not the initial view you get.
