I bought a house through ddm. On completion day my funds were delayed because my buyers solicitor transfered money by a very slow route. It arrived and immediately my solicitor transferred the purchase amount to ddm's clients solicitor. Unfortunately their switchboard closed before they could tell ddm to pass the keys to me. I cannot stress how hard and persistent ddm's staff worked to get the permission they needed to give me the keys. They were awesome.
