I used Grimsby DDM to sell my house back in 2006 and didn’t hesitate to use them again in 2024. The housing market was really tricky with the cost of living crisis, but Doug and the team were always on hand with advice. Now my house has sold, Doug has kept me in the loop all the way. I would 100% recommend and use them again.
I have been dealing with Doug and his team for about a year now. As I don’t live locally it has been great, having the local knowledge from Doug and his team , on the whole process of selling my flat. I couldn’t recommend DDM enough and thank them for their support during the sale process.
I sold a relative’s property, and it was a very smooth process from start to finish. I dealt with Doug and Diane. Both very helpful and professional at all times. Highly recommended
Lisa has been fantastic! Communication has been 10/10, made the process extremely simple for us. This is the second time we have sold a property through DDM, can't fault the team.
DDM residential have recently sold my mothers property in Conyers Avenue, Grimsby. Douglas sold this property within a week, for full asking price. Perfect service and extremely friendly and helpful, it doesn't get better than that! Would highly recommend
Thanks to Doug Lexi and Lisa for thier help during the sale of my house.
We have recently switched to DDM letting agents for our portfolio of properties We have found DDM to be very efficient letting agents with a smooth transition of all properties. We found rent collected paid to us in a timely manor and to find suitable tenants for vacant properties. We are happy to recommend DDM as a professional well organised letting company.
We have worked with DDM for over 20 years. The lettings team have fully managed our rental property, making sure everything runs smoothly. The sales team at DDM Grimsby has provided excellent service, and all the staff members have great knowledge of the local market.
Wouldn't use any other Lisa and Doug have been fantastic every step of the way!!
