Selling our house turned out to be more stressful than we expected, especially after the offer was accepted. Things got a bit messy with delays and communication gaps between solicitors, but Jay honestly went above and beyond to keep things moving. He wasn’t just chasing our buyers and their solicitors – he was also keeping in touch with our solicitors and even updating our seller’s solicitor to make sure the whole chain stayed on track. I have just exchanged contracts today on my Property in Wiinersh. I thought it would be opportune to share my experience of how Prospect Estate agents managed the Process. First of all l had an initial meeting which was an Honest appraisal of the value of the property and the current market which was a refreshing experience as over the years when l have sold that is not the initial view you get. They then were extremely focused on getting the property seen! So + viewings each viewing was well organised and feed back given. Once a buyer was found they then engaged Bernadette Martin to ensure all parties were aligned and all knew what had to be done and when. I recognise great teams and this was one!
