Our experience with DDM Grimsby was positive throughout, from Lisa’s first visit. Our sale was by modern auction, so much of the interaction was with DDM’s auction partners, but all of the local logistics (valuation, viewings, photography, Energy Certificate etc) were handled by DDM staff, who were unfailingly helpful, friendly, courteous and accessible. Just wanted to thank Gemma Atkinson for all the help she has given me.. I have had several urgent repairs and as a landlord it can be difficult to know what contractors are required. Selling our house turned out to be more stressful than we expected, especially after the offer was accepted. Things got a bit messy with delays and communication gaps between solicitors, but Jay honestly went above and beyond to keep things moving. He wasn’t just chasing our buyers and their solicitors – he was also keeping in touch with our solicitors and even updating our seller’s solicitor to make sure the whole chain stayed on track. Without his persistence and calm attitude, we are not sure it would have gone through as smoothly as it did in the end. DDM, What can I say... As a whole, the team are amazing at what they do. They are with you from start to finish and will get the results you want and leave you with higher expectations for other estate agents. I bought a house through ddm. On completion day my funds were delayed because my buyers solicitor transfered money by a very slow route. It arrived and immediately my solicitor transferred the purchase amount to ddm's clients solicitor. Unfortunately their switchboard closed before they could tell ddm to pass the keys to me. I cannot stress how hard and persistent ddm's staff worked to get the permission they needed to give me the keys. They were awesome.

Very professional agents that handled our sale. I found every one of the team professional and courteous from start to finish. A big thank you especially to Lexi. Her client management skills are A1.
