We had several estate agents, including DDM, come to value our house. Although DDM’s fees were slightly higher, they stood out significantly from the rest thanks to their professional valuation and comprehensive presentation of their services. Having previously sold properties through agents with lower fees, it was a big decision for us to choose DDM — but we’re really glad we did. Once the sale was agreed, we noticed a real difference in the level of service. Communication was excellent, and the way DDM managed everything between us and the buyers was invaluable.
