Having just completed a house sale using DDM, I can confidently say that the service and support throughout was absolutely top notch. Dave, Lee and Doug all helped tremendously throughout. Dave gave solid advice about the price of the property given comparable house values. There was a couple of occasions where the price had to be changed and this was done with almost immediate effect. Lee and Doug both sent many emails detailing the steps of the sale throughout and also encouragement when the first sale fell through. When the final week was approaching Doug sent many emails keeping me up to date and also sent some celebratory emails when the sale was finally complete :-) Selling a house can be stressful but DDM made it so smooth and reduced the stress significantly throughout.
